The program
Training is where the change starts, not where it is delivered.
We don’t do tickbox training. Nobody should leave an engagement simply knowing more about AI — they should leave having used it to solve a real problem inside the company. Every engagement is built around real work, real business priorities and real outcomes.

One engagement, four stages
Find it. Teach it. Build it. Prove it.
Each stage hands the next something concrete — a ranked shortlist, a trained cohort, working builds, a number read again ninety days later. What gets built belongs to the company: workflows, automations and agents designed around its own needs and ready for day-to-day use.
We identify where AI brings the most potential
We perform a rapid AI opportunity assessment to uncover where across the business AI can create the greatest value. This ensures that training is focused on use cases that actually move a real outcome. We also assess how ready the organization is to adopt AI, and recommend what to put in place so the training pays off.
Every training applied to real use cases
Participants don’t just learn, they build. Every session is practical and ensures people can actually use their new skills in practice, on their own work. Nobody leaves without building something of their own that works.
Learn
How it works, and where it fails
We talk about tools, theory, and limitations, making sure you know when and when not to use AI.
Tinker
Try it with us in the room
We let you practice on prepared material, so the first failure happens where we can fix it together.
Build
Apply it to your own work
You immediately implement what you learn by applying it to your own systems and workflows.
Challenge and inspire the staff to take action
Everyone leaves training with a challenge to turn their learning into practice during our AI Agent Competition. Teams of two to four have six weeks to build an AI workflow that handles a real task end to end, and present it — with its return — to leadership during an energising half-day event. It is not a big commitment: people go back to their normal work and build on the side, in two to three hours a week at most. This ensures that by the end of the engagement, the company has tangible AI solutions, workflows, automations or agents designed around its own needs and ready to be used in day-to-day operations.
Your own people carry it, not us
In stage 1 we identify your company’s internal AI ambassadors. These people become your agents of change. They take ownership of what the cohort built: using it, maintaining it, improving it, supporting adoption across the organization and identifying the next opportunities for AI. They commit about two hours a week for ninety days, and we hold regular checkpoints to enable them.
The curriculum
All four levels, every time — from first prompt to working agent.
Choose the Core Program, one or more Functional Programs, or both.
Core Program · 15–20 people
People from across the business work through the four levels together, on their own documents and systems.
Functional Program · 5–10 people
One team goes further, on its own tools and the processes it runs most often — and we redesign those processes with you rather than simply automating them as they stand.
Start small
Begin with stage 1, and decide the rest afterwards.
Stage 1, Discover, stands on its own. Two weeks, about one working day of your people’s time, and you keep the ranked opportunity map and the shortlist whatever you decide to do next. There is no commitment to anything beyond it.
If you do continue within ninety days, the fee is credited in full — so the decision about the rest of the program is one you make with the evidence in front of you rather than a brochure.
